My god, is there any better way to work your issues out than a good run? Working out saves me from yelling “fuck you!” at random strangers so many times. Don’t know why the work outs have been so far and few between in New York, the aggression capitol of the world. Probably because I’m some sort of sneaky self saboteur, but no more! Working out is the shit, you heard it here first…most likely.
